Netstart offers 4 levels of support to our resellers and their clients.
- Software Education and Training - We provide software education and training to all our resellers as a key part of our Software Reseller program. This education and training will help you in two areas in your firm, sales team (how to sell) and creative or design staff (how to implement).
- Reseller Marketing Support – We provide a comprehensive marketing program that contains, sales and marketing tools. Your reseller account manager will also put together a marketing campaign to promote Clickback to your clients.
- Reseller Support – there is two levels of reseller support available, your account manager and our technical support team. These people can be reached either via email or by phone.
- End User Support
- Support documents are available within the software and at initial setup
- Email or phone support is available during business hours and after hours
- End user training is available at an hourly rate with reseller approval
